Three reasons why you should take the blame

A few people in the world are allergic to blame and such people are ready to go to any extent in order to prove why they should not be blamed at any cost.

According to research, “mistake leads to perfection” and for a ‘blame’ to be put on a person, let’s say A, either A made a mistake while doing a thing or his influence made another person to commit a costly mistake.

Remember, no one would put blame on someone who does things right and the same blame won’t be put on someone who learnt from his previous mistakes and made them right.

A famous quote says “practice makes perfect” and for one to say ‘I’m practising’, that means he/she is willing to try as many attempts needed before he arrives at the perfect point.

Without mistakes, practice is useless and without practice, no perfection.

You see, you need to be willing to welcome blames if you aspire to be perfect at whatever you are doing and below are the three reasons why you should take the blames.

But before that, there are a few people in the world today who are ready not to accept the blames even if they did a thing wrong. In fact, they would rather put the blames on someone else because they felt ‘blames go to people who are not good enough’.

Three reasons why you should take the blame

1. When you are bold and courageous enough to take every blame, then you have a greater advantage to learn so much from people’s mistakes.

Remember, it is far better to learn from people’s downfalls. Do not wait until you make the same mistakes other people made earlier before you start finding remedies.

According to Nina Easton, “Great leaders don’t rush to blame. They instinctively find solutions.”

2. You are not a failure if you take someone else’s blames. The act of taking someone else’s blame doesn’t mean you are the stunted person in your company or field.

Taking blames doesn't mean you are a failure, it gives you a chance to find remedies to the problem as long as you are still trying

It shows you believe you can still make it right, even if others had failed.

According to John Burroughs, “A man can fail many times, but he isn’t a failure until he begins to blame somebody else.”

3. It creates great reputation to your name. A blame taken by someone may look crazy to many people and to the person at times, but when he/she gets the right answers to the errors or mistakes, people will come to such persons for help or advises.

After you took their blames, you could get job contracts if you successfully got the right solutions to the mistakes people made.

Never neglect blames. This could be a way to be famous or to let people know what you are capable or made of and to let yourself know how you can learn from something you have never encountered or a thing you never planned to learn.

According to Ralph Marston, “Concern yourself more with accepting responsibility than with assigning blame. Let the possibilities inspire you more than the obstacles discourage you.”

Now you have the choice to choose whether you will continue putting the blame on people or keeping the blame to yourself.

According to a Robert Kiyosaki, ‘When people are lame, they love to blame.’ I am sure no one reading this article is happy to be a lame person.
